Permits and Authorizations

Fly to Mexico and Latin America without setbacks. All flights, Private or Charter, require a Permit or Authorization. We have a specialized team always ready to assist you in obtaining Landing and Overflight Permits and Authorizations, as well as any type of Legal and Regulatory Assistance. Our team is based in Mexico City and we have an office near AFAC.

Part 91 Authorizations

Single Entry Authorization (AUI - Autorización Única de Internación)
For aircraft traveling regularly to Mexico
Valid for 180 days
Must operate with the same crew and the same passengers

Indefinite Permit Part 135

For aircraft up to 3.5 tons or with less than 14 seats
Covers from one aircraft to a complete fleet
Requires annual verification

Indefinite Permit Part 121

Charter / Commercial Flights
For aircraft over 3.5 tons or with more than 14 seats
Covers from one aircraft to a complete fleet
Does not require annual verification
In addition to the Indefinite Permit, an authorization is required for each flight

Single Entry Permits Part 135 & 121

Special and last-minute flights
For Companies with an Indefinite Permit in process
Valid for one flight only
